TALULAR (teaching and learning using localy available resources) is a well-established term in Zambia. In line with this philosophy localy available materials get a new life in the classroom.

TALULAR in the curriculum 

By transforming 'garbage' into high-quality teaching materials, teacher find solutions for the scarce resources in education. The concept has found its way to the teacher training colleges and is linked to clear guidelines of the government.
